The sectors of Commerce, culture, sports, tourism and youth institutions in the province of Holguin are ready to offer multiple and varied offers during the months of this summer.

The programming in this regard will have as its main support the optimal use of resources and material resources available in each of the facilities for the healthy recreation of the population between July and August, as reported by the Provincial Summer Commission.

The President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, described the employment and investment programs as vital for the country's development.

As part of the systematic screening around twenty high-impact programs for the development of the country, Diaz-Canel Bermúdez reviewed the behavior of employment and the status of various investments that currently are undertaken in different territories, reported journalist Leticia Martinez.

As reported by the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Margarita González Fernández, they are now occupied in the economy 4 million 474 thousand 800 people, including just over 3 million in the state sector and about one million 300 thousand in the non-state.

The province of Holguin encourages the production of food with ecological methods through projects between the state sector and self-employed workers, as part of the strategy to contribute to sustainable development.

Calivid, a project that distinguishes these actions was created in 2014 in the municipality of Banes and is an example of these programs, with great social impact in the community.
